To The Four Winds I Roam

Each day anew I shake off the cold
pull my head a high so prideful, so bold

I lift my wings, as the winds carry me away
where will they take me on this bright and shiny day

Shall I go east to the meadows full of wild flowers
shall I go west to the mountains in their glory they tower

North to the ice caps my breath melts them away
I smile at glistening river that I've made

South to the tropics though the warmth, and the sand
the sounds of steel drums echo across the land

Being free isn't easy, the choices I must make
maybe I'll go back to sleep, then choose when I awake

No I shall spread my wings to the air
let them carry me away, with no care

Where shall winds carry me, only they know
tearing through the sky where the great Ikado roams
